| Lefty 02/09/2010 | This place was called 'Chasers', from Feb. 2009 to about July 2009. Then, somebody either bought it, and changed the name, or 'Chasers' went out of business, then a new owner leased the property. Whatever, it is now called 'The Fifth Amendment'. The Fifth Amendment of the United States Constitution reads, in part, "No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury,..." etc. I can't make the connection between the name of this Night Club, and what the Fifth Amendment of the Constituion is. | Lefty 03/03/2009 | Voodoo closed about July 2008 and now this place has new ownership and a new name, 'Chasers'. From the looks of their website, it's gonna be a 21-29 year old 'Bud Light' bar. They just opened Feb. 20, 2009, according to their MySpace. I couldn't find their website. I haven't been in yet, so I can't honestly rate this place, but barshots.com says I have to rate it if I leave a comment, so I'll give it an '8' . | Rating: 0/10 |
| Administrator 11/08/2007 | Loud night club. DJ's. High cover charge. ( anywhere from $6 to $15) Skimpy drinks. This place is only open 3 or 4 days a week. Last time I went, I got searched at the door by the bouncer. Metal detectors. Hip hop, gangsta hang-out. You get the picture. If that's your scene, then this is the place to be. If your musical taste leans towards the Grateful Dead, and you like microbrews, then this is not the place to be. | Rating: 2/10 |
